Using the Influencer Portal
Updated August 5, 2026
What is the Influencer Portal?
The Influencer Portal gives each influencer their own private login at /influencer/login — separate from the brand owner login. From the portal they can view their own stats, payout history, and profile without access to any other influencer's data or brand settings.
Portal pages
- Dashboard — Current month stats: conversions, earnings, CPA tier bonus, revenue share (when enabled), and net profit. Includes a 6-month earnings bar chart.
- Reports — 12-month performance overview with summary cards (all-time conversions, earnings, average monthly, best month, total rev share) and charts for earnings history and day-by-day current month conversions.
- Payouts — Full payout history table showing month, conversions, base fee, bonus, revenue share, total, and payment status.
- Tracking — Manage tracking links: view, copy, and create new links with optional labels and destination URLs. Campaign tracking links appear in a separate section with a campaign name badge. Custom URL parameter values can be edited per link, updating the displayed URL in real time.
- Messages — Inbox of all broadcast emails sent by the brand. Unread messages are shown in bold with a dot indicator. Expanding a message marks it as read.
- Profile — The influencer can update their display name, email address, invoice details (name, VAT number, address, banking details), and change their portal password.
Granting portal access
Open the influencer's edit page and scroll to the Portal Access card. Two options:
- Send Email Invite — generates a single-use invite link and emails it to the influencer. They click the link, set their own password, and can log in. Requires a SendGrid API key and the influencer to have an email address set.
- Set Password Directly — set a password on the influencer's behalf and share it with them manually.
Login As (brand preview mode)
On any influencer's detail page, click the Login As button (next to Edit in the header). This opens the influencer's portal in a new tab, logged in as that influencer. Use this to troubleshoot portal queries or walk an influencer through onboarding without needing their password.
- An amber banner is shown at the top of every portal page indicating you are in brand preview mode.
- No data is modified — all portal pages are read-only from your perspective.
- The preview session is created via a short-lived signed token (valid 60 seconds). The new tab must open promptly.
- Click Exit Preview in the amber banner to end the session and return to the brand dashboard.
Portal access is separate from the public tracker page (/i/their-slug). An influencer can have portal access, public tracker access, both, or neither independently.
