Managing Influencers

Updated June 6, 2026

  1. Go to Influencers → "Add Influencer"

Enter the influencer's name and a unique URL slug (e.g. sarah-jones). The slug becomes their public tracker link (/i/sarah-jones) and their standard tracking link shortCode ({brandSlug}.influise.com/c/sarah-jones).

  1. Set the payout model

Base Fee — the monthly payment. Target CPA — the cost-per-conversion target used to calculate required conversions. Value per Conversion — the default revenue each conversion generates (can be overridden per event via the API). Optionally split the base fee into a guaranteed portion and a performance-locked portion (see below).

  1. Performance-locked base (optional)

Enable 'Split base into guaranteed + performance-locked' to hold back a percentage of the base fee until the influencer hits conversion milestones. Use the slider to set the locked fraction and define unlock milestones — e.g. unlock 25% at 25% of target, 50% at 50%, etc. The guaranteed portion is always paid; the locked portion is released incrementally as milestones are crossed.

  1. Revenue share (optional)

Enable 'Revenue share' to pay the influencer a percentage of the revenue they generate on top of their base fee. Set a base rate (e.g. 10%) and choose lifetime or time-limited (N months from their first conversion). Add optional tier bonuses — at a given absolute conversion count threshold the effective rate increases by a set number of percentage points, and/or a flat bonus is paid per conversion in that bucket.

  1. Configure CPA tier bonuses

Define three threshold percentages (e.g. 50%, 75%, 100% of required conversions) and a per-conversion bonus amount for each tier. Bonuses stack — an influencer earning Tier 2 also earns Tier 1 bonuses on those conversions.

  1. Set UTM defaults (optional)

Pre-fill the UTM medium, campaign, content, and term fields. These are appended to the destination URL when a visitor clicks the influencer's tracking link — utm_source is always the influencer's slug. Useful for GA4 / analytics segmentation alongside click ID attribution.

  1. Page security (optional)

Enable 'Password protect the public tracker page' on the edit page to require a password before the influencer can view their tracker at /i/their-slug. Share the password directly with the influencer.

  1. Add invoicing details (optional)

Under the Invoicing Details section on the edit page, enter the influencer's full name or business name, physical address, VAT number, and banking details. These appear in the 'Billed by' section of their auto-generated payout invoice.

  1. Editing an influencer — navigate to the influencer detail page and click Edit. Changes take effect immediately for future calculations. Historical payout records are not affected.
