Privacy & Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA / POPIA)

Updated August 5, 2026

Our commitment

Influise is committed to data privacy in compliance with the GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), and POPIA (South Africa). The following tools are available to exercise your rights.

For brand accounts

Available under Settings → Privacy & Data.

  • Download your data — Click 'Download my data' to receive a JSON export of everything Influise holds for your account — brand profile, team members, influencer profiles (including PII and invoice details), campaigns, conversions, payouts, support tickets, and email broadcast history. The file is generated on demand and downloaded directly to your browser.
  • Close account — Click 'Close my account', enter your password to confirm, and click 'Delete account'. This permanently and irreversibly deletes your brand and all associated records. If you have an active Lemon Squeezy subscription it is cancelled first. You are signed out immediately. This action cannot be undone.

For influencer accounts

Available under Portal → Profile → Privacy & Data.

  • Download your data — Influencers can download a JSON export of all personal data Influise holds for their profile — contact details, social handles, invoice information, payout history, and message inbox.
  • Request data erasure — Clicking 'Request erasure' and confirming removes the influencer's email address, social handles, invoice details, and portal access from the system. Portal login is revoked immediately and the influencer is signed out.

Data retention policy

Conversion and payout records are retained by the brand for legitimate business record-keeping purposes as permitted under GDPR Art. 17(3)(b) and POPIA s.12(2). After an influencer erasure request, these records contain no personal identifiers — email address, name, social handles, and invoice details are all removed.
