Managing Your Subscription & Billing

How Billing Works
Influise subscriptions are managed via Lemon Squeezy. An in-page checkout overlay appears when upgrading — you never leave the app. All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled automatically.
Plans
- Free — 2 influencers, 200 conversions/mo. Core tracking only.
- Basic — 10 influencers, 5,000 conversions/mo. Includes social post tracking (30 posts), email notifications, campaigns, attribution window, team members, and support tickets.
- Pro — Unlimited influencers, 50,000 conversions/mo. All features including unlimited social post tracking with auto-discovery, custom email templates, and overage capacity.
Changing Your Plan
Go to Billing and select a plan under Change Plan. Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves ~17%). Click the upgrade button — a Lemon Squeezy checkout overlay appears directly on the page. On successful payment your plan is updated immediately.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. While cancellation is pending the status shows Cancels at period end.
Pro Overage Capacity
Pro plans include 50,000 conversions per month. If you approach or exceed this limit, the Billing page shows a Conversion Capacity card. You can purchase additional blocks of 10,000 conversions at $75 per block via the same Lemon Squeezy overlay. Capacity is added instantly and applies to the current calendar month. The dashboard shows a warning banner at 80% of your limit or above.
Basic plan users see an Upgrade to Pro prompt instead — overage purchasing is a Pro-only feature.
Invoice History
The Billing page shows a full invoice history table covering both recurring subscription payments and one-time overage capacity purchases. Click the PDF link on any row to open the Lemon Squeezy-generated invoice. Invoices are paginated at 10 per page.
